The average human being will have between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day! Additionally, 80% of our thoughts are negative and 95% are exactly the same as the day before. We are caught in the habit loop of negative and repetitive thinking, and many of us do not even realize it. When we learn to capture our negative thoughts, we begin to speak truth into the lies we tell ourself.\\xa0
