In a game of tug-a-war, someone has to lose. People can even get hurt in the process if they are not careful. The same goes at work and at home where to-do lists are a mile long and emotional weight burdens us. It is a game of tug-a-war with our emotions and problems. I have my problems...and so do you. I have my worries...and so do you. Is anyone doing anything to help others or do we just want to deal with our own stuff? When you \'help first\' you prioritize the needs of others and recognize their emotions. We start breaking the cycle of selfish desire when we open our eyes to the needs and issues of people around us.\\xa0
