I wanted to give everyone a peak behind the curtain with a short origins series. I have been fond of public speaking since I was 9 years old. There have been many unique and meaningful opportunities that have popped up over the last 27 years that have planted seeds for my love of public speaking. Without those moments, I may not be in the positions I am today.

Dr. Jim Van Allan is a speaker & trainer for schools and companies across the nation. He has over a decade worth of experience helping individuals and organizations with communication, leadership, and personal development skills. He is also a Professor of Communication Studies and teaches classes on communication, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
