This is another episode of the Self Development With Tactics / SDWT podcast featuring the allencheng.com website and it\'s "Principles" by Ray Dalio Summary. This time we are talking about organisation structures. Here he is including a lot of principles from other parts of his book. For example: Not creating a company for the people you hire, viewing it as a machine, building it from the top down. But he also includes a lot of new things like splitting the departments and having co ceos or co heads which backs up the company to some degree. He also points out that it would make sense to get the current generation together with the new generation of head or leaders so that the new ones can learn from the old. It especially makes sense if the company is doing extremely well. Just another backup plan. Also having a board for the company is great for backing it up. A lot of things he points out lead to stepping out of the company and letting it run itself (if I understand that correctly). I hope you enjoy this one!
