This was the last part of "Essentialism" a pretty great book with a lot of helpful and good to know tips on everything based on unnecessary things. Why you should cut out everything that is non essential? Because it would distract you from everything that is essential! Would highly suggest you to check out the other episodes i have been talking about the book or go to the paulminors.com (nofuckingad!) website and read through it yourself!
