Contain China is not Europe's Priority

If I simply say that American allies will not follow the United States in containing China, many of you will of course not agree. So let me make another simple analysis based on the logic of each country’s primary and secondary tasks.

Let me talk about the EU first. Do you know what the EU’s first priority is? The EU’s first priority is unity, the second priority is to free itself from US control, the third priority is to prevent Russia from moving westward, and the fourth priority is energy security. As for responding to the rise of China, I am afraid that it will not be ranked in the top five, and it is precisely because of the rise of China that has provided the EU a chance to get rid of the United States.

What I want to say is that the European Union, which is dominated by Germany and France, may take some political actions against China in order to conform to the United States. This is a bargaining chip, but Germany and France’s first and even fifth priority is not a response to China’s rise. Therefore, pulling the EU to contain China is a false proposition.

Dealing with the rise of China is not even in the top ten tasks of the UK. Otherwise, what about the UK’s income from international students? Who will maintain the housing prices in the UK? Can the London financial center rely on the future RMB business to compete with New York?

The United States wants the United Kingdom to contain China, but the real intention of the United Kingdom is to stop a unified European continent. Their purpose and goals are completely different.

China Explained will show you that because of China’s continued success in industrial upgrading, technological innovation and realizing its huge potential, it is an unstoppable process. The inevitable rise of China may feel intimidating and some simply reject it. Don’t be. More importantly, we will answer the million-dollar question: how can you, as an individual or a small business owner, also profit from the rise of China ?
