Can America catch up to Chinese infrastructure?

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill on the evening of November 5. Biden called this a milestone. He emphasized that this is a bill that has won cross-party support, and it puts the United States on the road to win the 21st century economic competition facing China and other major countries in the world.

It would be strange if this bill can solve the problems of the United States and give the United States the vitality to compete with China in the field of major infrastructure projects. Most of the previous major infrastructure construction in the United States was promoted by the private sector. Now the U.S. government is at the forefront and has created an American-style "planned economy." The chance of this plan being executed efficiently is very small.
