Slow Down, It's Not a Race

We are constantly on the go and constantly doing things. Our minds are overstimulated and our bodies are tired. They are disconnected and there are many of us wondering why we feel so burnt out, tired, emotional,  sick and unmotivated. We can start to develop habits where we are mindful and take time to breathe and take time to feel our bodies. It is only natural to do such things. Let's talk about it.
