Bennett and I discuss Stress, where it comes from, and how it can affect you. This perfectly natural human survival response has grown out of control and many don’t know what to do about it. Stress can impact every aspect of your life from relationships, your mood, sex drive, blood pressure, and a whole lot more.

Some signs and symptoms and a few things you can do to help mitigate the effects of Stress. Veterans, in particular, have a difficult time dealing with stress, and the effects of stress are often confused with PTSD. Although Stress can be a symptom of PTSD, you can experience it without having PTSD.

There is far more information out there than we can cover in one Podcast Episode, the whole premise of this discussion is to share the message that Stress is normal and very common. It’s how we as humans choose to deal with it.
