EP003: Corporate Citizen Helping Transitioning Veterans – With Dave Ricard

Published: June 14, 2020, 2:03 p.m.

On this episode of Change Your POV Podcast Eddie interviews Dave Ricard. Dave and Eddie worked together at the 3rd largest Defense Contracting Company in the world making some of the very items Eddie used in combat while deployed to Iraq. Eddie found it very difficult to integrate into a civilian corporate environment and ended up turning to Dave and looked to him as a mentor. Although Dave himself is not a veteran he has an infinity for the veteran community and was open to listening and sharing his unique perspective.

Eddie found this Mentor/Mentee relationship incredibly powerful and contributes to the success he had at the company while he was there. We hope you enjoy this show!

If you are a veteran and love to mentor other veterans, or perhaps you are not a veteran but want to share your knowledge and experience with transitioning veterans I highly recommend Veterati!
