They say the population of cats in their area has been out of control, especially at the Green Bay landfill in South Brook. Hope Roberts has been rescuing the animals at the Green Bay Kitty Rescue for three years. When she first started, there were more than one-hundred cats living in the dump. Now it's down to single digits."
