b"What you are allowed to do in wilderness areas is a hot topic. The Wilderness and Ecological Reserves Advisory Council (WERAC), which advises the government on protected areas, is holding meetings in Lewisporte and Norris Arm this week. The province is looking at ten proposed areas right now. The Newfoundland and Labrador Prospectors Association recently told us why it's concerned about the setting aside of land for conservation.
