b"It's not every day that people in Newfoundland and Labrador watch closely for a decision by the federal environment minister. But members of the Environmental Transparency Committee were doing that last week, and they didn't get the answer they'd hoped for. The committee is concerned about a proposed wind energy project in Western Newfoundland. World Energy GH2 wants to build hundreds of wind turbines and a hydrogen/ammonia plant. The committee had asked the federal environment minister to give the wind energy project extra scrutiny, in the form of a federal impact assessment. But the Minister said no. Duran Felix is with the Environmental Transparency Committee."
