While many sectors of the economy are struggling during the pandemic, the province's mining industry continues to thrive. We are joined by Norm Mercer, who is President of the province's Prospector's Association. Obesity Action is a not-for-profit organization that hopes to help people who live with being overweight or obese by working to eliminate weight bias. After 50 years of volunteer work with soccer in Western Newfoundland, Doug Sweetapple is getting a soccer field named in his honour. The Snyder cut of 2017's movie Justice League is being released next month, and Allison Crowe speaks with us about her involvement.
