Three lies we tell ourselves about our dream life:
I don\u2019t know what my dream life looks like, I\u2019ve tried that before and failed, I don\u2019t have the time or money to pursue this.

As soon as we even think about changing our mind comes ups with all these reasons why we can\u2019t.\xa0

Why is it so hard for us to dream big? Because our negative thoughts are in the driver\u2019s seat. We\u2019re scared. Scared of failing, scared of reaching for something we\u2019ll never achieve. We don\u2019t think we deserve spending money on ourselves or living this big awesome life we dream about.

So we settle for, \u2018just good enough goals,\u2019 that will make our lives a tiny bit better. We live a life that\u2019s safe.
