We immediately get into his referee performance at this years Beer Olympics. Both Will and Taylor have some choice words regarding his performance. Dean talks about how David Bahktiari actually may have slid him some $$ to not knock them some points. Following the Beer Olympics talk, we get into how Dean got into officiating, especially because he was never a referee in the league. He talks about the process to becoming an official and how, believe it or not, there is a program to be sure that the refs are physically fit to be in the game.\\n\\nThey then get into some of the calls from this past weekend. Dean gives his expert opinion on the Darren Waller pass interference that wasn\'t called and the targeting call on the 49ers late in their game along with others. It is a very interesting conversation to hear the referee side of calling games. He gives some insight as to how officials call their games but we all know matter how they call it, the stripes are always the bad guys.
