Durham youth interested in pursuing entrepreneurial and economic opportunities will soon be getting some help in achieving their goals. We share how the new For Youth, By Youth program will be using ARPA funds to support our city’s young people.
Plans are underway for a new affordable housing community that will use ARPA funds for gap funding. Sankofa Landing will include 156 units designated for low-income families and individuals and will be located in the Bragtown neighborhood.
Determining the future of Durham’s convention center will now be part of a larger Destination Master Plan for the City.
