Addiction
We talk about addiction on job sites and in the trades. It's obviously a growing concern across all sectors, but we've been seeing and hearing more and more as we visit more job-sites and talk to more tradespeople. We were fortunate to have a brave guest, John Barleycorn, tell us all about his battle with addiction, the effects it had on his life, and how he climbed back up and has been sober for 18 years. It's one of the heavier topics, but something we felt we needed to discuss.
