ROUND 21 - PETER 'KID CHOCOLATE' QUILLIN Pat Healy sits down with former Middleweight World Champion Peter Quillin 34-2-1 (23KO). Peter speaks on his rough road in Grand Rapids, Michigan which led him to fighting on the amateur level. Through his amateur journey Peter slipped into bad habits outside the ring that continued into his pro career despite his success inside the ring. After turning pro and moving to New York, Peter became a star and captured the WBO middleweight title, a life long dream realized. However, at the time he did not feel like he had accomplished anything and had a feeling of emptiness. Now moving on from his pro career Peter has done a lot of soul searching and even recently finished a 40 day fast from all food.
