Today in the guest chair, we have Brittney Oliver, a woman who has persevered and created her own blueprint to navigating life after college.
The world was first introduced to Brittney Oliver in 2017 in an article she wrote for fast company titled "This is what it's like to search for a job as a black woman". where she talks about going too over 100 interviews in 8 months before landing her first job.
Brittney has since used this difficult transition and the knowledge gained from it and created a networking mixer call Lemons 2 Lemonade to teach black millennials like you techniques to navigate your job search process.
