I think we have all heard the expression that sometimes people feel like they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. Physically you can also see it.  

For many of us regardless of our physical weight, in our inner space, we feel obese. We are weighed down by our thoughts, emotions, feelings, our addictions, our past, our expectations of the future
