b'Coach Tyrone Nesby shares his journey from JUCO to UNLV and eventually to the NBA.\\nHe shares how his JUCO experience impacted his career and what it was like to led UNLV to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since Coach Tarkanian led the Runnin\' Rebels to the Final Four against Duke.\\nAfter going undrafted he played in the CBA and eventually signed with the LA Clippers. He was on the team while Donald Sterling was the owner, Elgin Baylor was the General Manager and coaches like Alvin Gentry, Dennis Johnson, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar were on staff.\\nHe was traded to the Washington Wizards where he would play alongside Michael Jordan, Coach Nesby talks about that first practice when MJ came out of retirement and what it was like to play alongside MJ.\\nAfter his time in the NBA he played overseas before finishing his career in the ABA. Coach Nesby transitioned into coaching AAU and then took over at Muhlenberg HS in Pennsylvania, where he coached a team that had very little success and took them into state championship. Three years after being hired he was named Coach of the Year on the Pennsylvania Sportswriters Class 5A All-State team.\\nCoach Nesby stepped down as the Head Coach at Muhlenberg HS to move out west and pursue college coaching opportunities.
