Coach Justin Bradley shares his journey from growing up in North Carolina and being a Student Athlete and then a Student Assistant at Guilford College (NCAA DIII) to becoming the Associate Head Coach at Dartmouth.

After graduating from Guilford he became the Director of Operations at NC Central and Coach LeVelle Moton promoted him to Graduate Manager the next season. The role/promotion was calculated - and Coach Bradley\'s decision!

Dartmouth hired him in 2015 and he served as an Assistant Coach before the Head Coach was let go. Despite most of his friends encouraging him not to "drop down" to NCAA DIII, he accepted a position on staff at Williams College. After two years at Williams he returned to Dartmouth and was promoted to Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.
