Joanne Molinaro is a New York Times best-selling author and has amassed an insane social media following as The Korean Vegan (2.7 million TikTok followers in her first year on the platform). Her first book, The Korean Vegan Cookbook, launched on October 12, 2021 and immediately rose to the top of the charts to become a NYT best seller.

Joanne started The Korean Vegan in 2016 and has been able to stand out from the plethora of food recipe blogs and social media accounts out there because of her compelling stories that overlay her cooking. She wrote her book, launched TKV Meal Planner, and churned out daily content over the past 5 years all while working as a partner at a corporate law firm and racing marathons.
