GLSEN \\u2014 pronounced \\u201cglisten\\u201d \\u2014 is a New York-based education organization that works to create \\u201csafe and LGBTQ-inclusive K-12 schools\\u201d nationwide. The organization hosted a training for educators in September, in part to promote its \\u201cRainbow Library Project,\\u201d which distributes literature on LGBTQ+ ideology.
