Today\\u2019s Jargon is Distractor! \\xa0When beginning to teach using the principles of ABA, it is common to use errorless learning, teaching one target at a time, and only presenting the target as a choice. \\xa0Eventually a therapist will present wrong choices as well as the right choice. \\xa0The wrong choices are distractors and help to ensure the student can discriminate between the target and other choices.
