- Surveyor(s) identity, qualifications, accreditation or certification status, quality
- control procedures.
- References from previous work.
- Insurance (professional indemnity cover).
- Proposed scope of work.
- Plan of work, including plans for sampling or asbestos disturbance.
- Details of caveats.
- Report, including areas not accessed/not surveyed.
