In this case, we\\u2019re exploring how to build and support effective teams in ecological restoration with a strong focus on the people. We are joined by Carla Scheidlinger who has 30 years of experience in resource management and restoration from the perspectives of a volunteer advocate, environmentalist, and contractor for major corporations. To say the least, she has seen it all! Carla will talk about how people and their organizations both drive, as well as adapt to, successful projects.
