This season\\u2019s action-packed tournament includes former champion Tombstone, and formidable foes such as Whiplash, SawBlaze, Captain Shrederator, Lock-Jaw and Bloodsport.
Each episode highlights the design and build of the competing robots and profiles the teams behind them. Competitors come from all types of backgrounds \\u2013 from families to university students and everything in between. Every machine is homemade and constructed from a variety of materials with custom-built weaponry to destroy the competition. The youngest competitor is just 11 years old and this season\\u2019s lineup includes the first ever 500lb walking robot.
Calling all the action is UFC Legend Kenny Florian and sportscaster Chris Rose. Kenny Florian is the only UFC fighter to compete in four divisions (Featherweight, Lightweight, Welterweight and Middleweight). He fought for three UFC titles in two weight classes and earned Fight of the Night accolades on three different occasions. A third degree blackbelt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kenny holds the record for the highest submission percentage in the UFC and is tied for the most submission victories in modern UFC history. Kenny was also the host of the weekly Fox Sports series UFC Tonight and provided commentary for several UFC on Fox events.'
