b'There will be 96 puppies from 61 shelters representing over 25 states across the country making this PUPPY BOWL bigger and better than ever before. Five furry players have special needs including one three-legged puppy, two hearing impaired puppies, one blind and hearing impaired puppy, and a puppy with a cleft palate. There are also more international puppies than ever from Cartagena, Colombia, Toronto, Canada, and St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The puppies are competing for the famed and fan-voted title of BISSELL\\xae MVP (Most Valuable Puppy) as well as the coveted CHEWY Lombarky Trophy. But don\\u2019t forget that there is also the fan-favorite, Underdog Award as well! Additionally, Puppy Bowl XVI welcomes new and improved team colors for Team Ruff and Team Fluff from yellow and green to \\u2018Bark Blue\\u2019 and \\u2018Tail Mary Tangerine\\u2019. For first time ever, viewers can tune-in to the GEICO Puppy Bowl Draft, to get an early look and the top picks for TEAM RUFF and TEAM FLUFF.
