Rayshard Brooks was shot twice in the back by an Atlanta police officer after two officers tried to handcuff him for suspected DUI. Videos show Brooks grabbing one of the officer’s Taser and then firing it as he ran away. The Fulton County medical examiner has listed the death as homicide. In a tearful interview with CNN, Brooks’s widow asked for peaceful protests and said she wants change through communication, not aggression. Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr. tells AC360 he is weighing charges for both officers involved in the shooting. Plus, in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled federal civil rights law protects LGBTQ workers from discrimination. Eric Cervini, author of “The Deviant's War: The Homosexual vs. the United States of America” joins Anderson Cooper to discuss the landmark ruling.               Airdate: June 15, 2020
