As we approach the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, law professor F. Michael Higginbotham (pronounce the “th”), tells us about the subject of his new book, “The Ghosts of Jim Crow.”

DavId Orentlicher, lawyer, a doctor, a professor and a former state legislator, says the presidency is too powerful. Therefore, he argue, we need TWO presidents!
