AH144: How to Handle Being Around Your Family During Holidays

Published: Dec. 4, 2020, 6 p.m.

I used to get so stressed out about seeing my family around the holidays.

Being around them would pull me back into a spell that I swore I would no longer participate in.

One comment and I was instantly zapped back to an angry and resentful young man.

I know I’m not the only one that feels this way.

So I got to work, went deeper into myself, deeper into behavioral psychology.

Then I visited family, and I can honestly say I had the best homecoming experience of my life.

And now I’m prepared to share what I did differently this time that made all the difference with you all.

Enjoy,
Angelo
