The best and for some, worst part about the journey to bettering yourself is that it truly NEVER ends. The Onion has an infinite number of layers.
With that said, In this episode, I am going to pull back the curtain on yours truly.
I am going to share the current area I am focused on in my journey with you all. From how I gained the awareness that this the area that feels right to focus on, how it shows up in my life, and what I am doing to improve it.
