And as Ashley shares, the appreciation goes both ways. Coaching has empowered Tides employees to see opportunities in challenges, embrace celebration, lead with curiosity, and more - all of which contributed to a sharp decline in employee turnover, an outcome particularly appreciated by the Director of People.
