00:14:00 – Researching E. coli in Irrigation in Kansas: K-State graduate student studying food microbiology and safety, Erin Manville, provides insight on her research characterizing E. coli in irrigation in Kansas. She says the research taught her the importance of water testing, how easily E. coli can be spread, and the prevalence of antimicrobial resistant E. coli in our water sources.
