00:01:13 — Corn and Soybean Harvest Update: K-State Extension agents, Sandra Wick from the Post Rock District and Jay Wisbey from the Central Kansas District, provide a corn and soybean harvest update for their counties. We are also joined by K-State weed sciences specialist, Sarah Lancaster, who provides an important reminder on baled soybeans in regards to the herbicides that were used on those fields.

00:23:04 — Harvest and Canning Season for Tomatoes and Peppers:  It won’t be long before the first frost is forecast. When that happens, K-State Research and Extension horticulturist Ward Upham says it’s time to harvest and store the last tomatoes and peppers of the season.
