Imperfect Action

We're back! We've got some exciting updates and we're switching some things up. This episode is about some of the limited thinking, fear, and doubts that can pop up when we fall into the trap of thinking our action needs to be perfect from the start. Just like a muscle, consistency, motivation, self-belief, and self-compassion must be built and strengthened over time. There is no success without struggle.
