Many times as an entrepreneur I\'ve met adversity and set back. I\'ve had times where I wanted to get down on myself or listen to the criticism from others. I lacked a compassionate voice for myself and sometimes used judgments as "receipts" or "motivation." Today, I am discussing self-compassion, what it is, and how you can practice it today. So many of us get stuck in criticism, self-judgments, the "shoulds" and "musts" in life. Neither of those are the right tools for motivation or to get things done. So why do we allow ourselves to fall into the trap of negative language? Inside, we\'ll discuss the pitfalls of this language and learn to use self-compassion as a guide through adversity.
