Day Five-Spring Into Action

Improving athletic performance is the goal of athletes, and knowing and understanding the scientific method is the goal that science teachers have for their students. We used the scientific method to see if listening to music on our iPods made an impact on our daily walk/run. The question we proposed was, "How will athletic performance be affected by listening to songs with faster or slower beats per minute?"
