In episode 162 I speak with George Schwiening, who is an ex-international Duathlete (run-bike-run). While she may come back to duathlon in the future, George has focussed on running in recent years and was selected to represent England in the 2022 Commonwealth Games.\xa0 George is part of the SOAR race team, and in the Valencia Marathon she ran a rapid 2:26:28, placing her 7th on the all-time UK women\u2019s marathon rankings.
