Oliver Kapamba- Youths Rising Up
Oliver Kapamba is the\xa0Founder and Executive Director for Shelter Movement Zambia, an NGO that campaigns against substance abuse in Schools and Communities, mentors Youth Leaders and working on plans to start offering skills Empowerment to Youths & Rehabilitation to Former Addicts. His ultimate goal is to see Youths rising up and actively engage in shaping the Future they want. He is currently studying Development Studies at Zambia Catholic University.
