Dr Joseph Patrick Nkolola- Senior Staff Scientist
Dr Joseph Patrick Nkolola holds the position of Senior Staff Scientist in the Center for Virology and Vaccine\xa0Research at the Havard Medical School affiliate Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). His most prominent research includes work in vaccine development\xa0against HIV and Zika virus. More recently, he is currently on the frontlines of cutting-edge\xa0vaccine development against COVID-19. The laboratory he works in has partnered with\xa0pharmaceutical giant Johnson and Johnson and after early promising results in animal studies,\xa0international trials to test their lead vaccine in humans recently commenced.
