Ilyayev pled guilty to conspiracy \\nto commit healthcare fraud for using two different pharmacies to defraud\\n Medicare and Medicaid in connection with HIV medication claims and to \\ndefraud no-fault automobile insurance providers in connection with other\\n medication claims. Meanwhile, Kadirov laundered several million dollars\\n in fraud proceeds in connection with the HIV fraud scheme.
