If you like bbq, Franklin's bbq in Austin, Texas is the spot. Fans spend five hours a day waiting in line salavating for a piece of brisket. Now, I am no food critic, but what Franklin has done is amazing and you should take note. Want a line out the door every day? Think about: 1. Creating a sense of urgency. 2. A party like atmosphere 3. Champions that rave about you 4. Hard to get a hold of I've never been to Austin, nor Franklin's, but I find what they have accomplished going from a food truck in 2009 to feeding 300,000 people strong a decade later to be insane. All too often, business people want to learn from other marketing guru's that's not a bad thing to do, but if instead, you were to dissect what the brands you love are doing, I think you could have better results. #franklinsbbq #austin #anomaly Want a copy of Anomaly?
