I gave a talk and forgot to think about who the audience was. I guessed wrong and it blew up on me. All my jokes and slides didn't make sense to the crowd because they were not aware of the points I was making in the first place. It's all gravy though, it made me realize I have to ALWAYs be aware of who I am talking to.
