b'In this episode, we talk about where these beauties come from. The first and biggest place is your BDEEP. Your Beliefs, Definitions, Experiences, Expectations, and Perceptions. Together those five things are how we see the world. They limit what we believe is possible and therefore what we strive for.\\n\\nNext are the Labels. Those things we have chosen to accept as \\u201cjust who we are.\\u201d \\u201cI\\u2019m disorganized.\\u201d \\u201cI\\u2019m always late.\\u201d \\u201cEverything bad always happens to me.\\u201d And on and on. They may be true up to this very day, but they do not continue into the future unless we allow them. Lastly, Monsters come from our choice to stay in the \\u201cVictim Zone.\\u201d We get comfortable with our stories and defend them.'
