What does it even mean to say, \\u201cI\\u2019m not good enough?\\u201d Usually, it is a self-imposed judgement based on a limiting estimate of our own worth or ability. \\n\\nSometimes we use a different word. \\u201cI\\u2019m not ______ enough (smart, cool, old, strong, capable.\\u201d) The list goes on forever and always means we are wanting in some important area. This opinion is always backward looking and almost always heavily negatively weighted. It is almost never true and yet it prevents so much of creativity and growth. It is possible to banish that monster from your life forever.'
