Episode 41 - Healing after COVID

In this episode, we will talk about the healing that needs to take place. When losses occur, and grieving is needed, eventually you can get to a place of a new equilibrium or acceptance. This is not an angry resignation, but a peaceful state of moving on to enjoy what is new and growing about life. There are three things in healing I want to remind us to do. First is the healing of your own heart. I used to bury things and pretend they would go away. I can tell you this in all honesty, they don’t. Take the time and effort to heal your heart. Second, heal your space and surroundings. All those in your world will need healing too. Be a light and create safety and love around you. Third is the world. To create a newness of life will take focus and effort. Do it, it's worth it.
