Episode 19 - Meditation

In this episode, I'm going to talk about three aspects of meditation. First, why would we meditate? Is it some religious ritual? Is it some mystical nonsense? Meditation is the most powerful way to create the life that you want to have. That is a strong statement, but true. Second, meditation provides a long list of documented and researched benefits. Physical well-being, healing, and physical renewal all come from regular meditation. Emotional stability, elimination of stress and increase in well being also come. Spiritually you create power and connection with the larger universe that we all know is there outside us. Meditation is the key to making this happen. Third, you'll see how meditation can help you in many situations, how it can benefit you, your life and those around you. This episode is not about any particular form of meditation, but, it will give you an outlook to see what is possible. I'll also delve into HOW to meditate, and how to use meditation to control or take control of your life. Years ago, I created an online course called The Power of Meditation with original music, guided meditation sessions and in addition, I've written 5 books on the subject. I'm in the process of updating the course and will provide access to those in a later episode when I go into the specifics of meditation.
